Refund policy
If you receive a product that doesn't fit well, you have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Kindly fill out the online return form (linked at the page's end) and await our email confirmation.
After receiving approval, please pack your return securely and ensure it adheres to the conditions mentioned below. Clearly label the outer package as 'Returned Items'.
Change of Mind:
Once a product is crafted, we cannot issue refunds for a change of heart. We urge you to make your selections judiciously.
Fit Issues:
Should your product not fit as expected, we can either remake it using new impressions or process a refund. For us to understand the discrepancies, you'll need to provide specifics, accompanied by photos of the product.
Initiating a Return:

Return Postage:
You bear the cost of returning the product. Items dispatched to us without a prior return request will be rejected.
Custom-Made Nature:
Please recognize that these items are tailor-made for individual users and can't be resold.
Before Crafting Begins:
Changed your mind before manufacturing? You'll be billed only for impression kits that are damaged or utilized. Should you decide to return an unopened kit, you cover the postage, but we'll refund the entire product amount.
If we've already begun or finished crafting your item upon receiving your impression, we'll refund half the purchase price.
Refund Processing Time:
Anticipate a duration of 5 to 14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, contingent on your bank's policies.
